How to become a host?

To become a host on our website click on Register option in the top navigation. Fill up your details and choose the option “I want to host” in the drop-down. Accept the privacy policy, terms and conditions and click on Register.

How to add a bank account to receive payment?

Login to the website and go to your Dashboard → Profile → Payment method. We offer 3 payment methods: Wire Transfer, Paypal and Skrill. Choose your preferred option, fill up the details and click on Save

How do I get a confirmation email?

You will get a confirmation email automatically once you complete the booking process online.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel a booking made on our website go to the booking in your dashboard and click on Cancel booking.

What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Every host has their respective check-in and check-out timings as per their business model. The details are mentioned on the listing and confirmation emails.

Do I have to be a registered legal entity to host (business) my listing on the website?

Yes, you need to be registered legal entity to run accommodation business with Local Municipal / Panchayat / Tourism authorities and need to have clearance from the Fire/ Health/ FDA departments and other Government agencies whichever are applicable in your area.

When do I pay the balance 50% of the booking?

The balance amount of the booking has to be cleared on arrival at the rental location.

How much do I need to pay for reserving the booking during the regular season period?

You need to pay 50% of the total booking value.

How much do I need to pay for reserving the booking during the high season period?

During high season we request the customer to pay 100% of the booking amount. The website allows only 50% advance at the time of booking; the balance 50% needs to deposited directly into the host’s bank account before 3 weeks of check-in or as per the booking policy of the host.

Do I as a customer need to register myself on the website to do a booking?

Yes. It is compulsory for a customer to register on the website to have access to and easily manage their bookings.

Do I need to show my Identification documents during check-in?

As per the government regulation all Indian travelers need to provided a valid ID with address. Please note PAN Card is not acceptable as a ID proof.

How long does the booking process take?

The Booking process may take a few minutes to 48 hours depending upon the availability of the unit and the response of the host.

Is C- Form mandatory for foreigners?
